Revolutionary WarGenealogy has become one of the most popular hobbies in the United States. To add to that, there are a myriad of television shows that feed into our rising interest in family history. They include, Who Do You Think You Are?, Generations Project, and Ancestors.

Who Were They?

Most of us can name our grandparents, and, if we are lucky, we knew a few of our great-grandparents but rarely can we go beyond that generation. The thought may cross our mind that we would like to know the unknown generations that make up our family tree. To get answers as to how we came to be in the United States? Did my family fight in the Revolutionary War, the Civil War or any of the other wars that were fought on American soil or for the preservation of American freedom? Were they farmers, merchants, railroad men, seamstresses, teachers, hoteliers, ministers, shop keepers, tavern owners, bankers, etc?

If you have ever wondered who the missing generations of your family were, but you just don’t know where to begin or don’t have the time to start the search, then I would like to assist you in the discovery of your family.

Maybe you don’t live here in the west but your family did live here. If you are interested in having someone do the research that you are unable to do due to logistics, then please let me know and I will do all I can to find the information and/or documents that you seek.
